Last Sunday I preached on our duty as heirs of God. The text for this sermon was Titus chapter 3, where the apostle explains to us the expected behavior for those who are sons and daughters of the Kingdom (which is a working and living faith). And why? Because we have been recreated via the regeneration of the Holy Spirit into the beloved of God and saved through the shed blood of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13, c.f. 3:4 & 6).
